Purpose

Co-ordinate updating of the SPES Operating Manual

Term of Office

Yearly - Renewable

Responsibilities

• Provide job descriptions to new officers / committee chairmen
• Circulate job descriptions to officers / committee chairmen for updating
• Work with the SPES officers / committee chairmen to update the manual with new Section activities
• Attend SPES Executive Committee Meeting at JSM

Qualifications

• Member of ASA-SPES

• January-March - Send copies of job descriptions to new officers / committee chairmen to help them understand their duties.
• October-December - Send copies of job descriptions to officers / committee chairmen for updating. Solicit updates for other sections of the operating manual from section officers / committee chairmen.
