Responsibilities

• Participate in the annual Chemometrics Committee meeting at JSM
• Work with SPES Program Chair and Chemometrics Committee Chair in organizing an invited paper session for the JSM

Qualifications

• Member of ASA-SPES
• Interest in Chemometrics

Calendar

• June-July - Identify possible invited paper session topics and potential session speakers, discussants, and chairs.
• August-October - Create an invited paper session for the next JSM with the assistance of the Chemometrics Committee Chair and SPES Program Chair. Consider the possibility of session joint sponsorship with another professional society, such as NAmICS.
• November-July - Assist session speakers, chair, and discussants with meeting abstract, paper and other deadlines for the JSM.
• August - Attend the Chemometrics Invited Session and the JSM. Participate in the Chemometrics Committee Meeting at JSM.
