Background: Teri Crosy the elected Chair-Elect has been transferred to The Netherlands. Geoff has a resignation letter from Teri. According to operating manual the chair has the power to replace. Fred Fulton ran against Terry in the election and is the suggested replacement.

Geoff made the motion to nominate Fred Fulton. Tom Seconded. Eric sent his proxy via Geoff. All were in favor.
